This little hole-in-the-wall serves up killer food. I ordered a chile relleno burrito and pack of tortillas de harina. The burrito was outstanding, albeit only modest size so a hungry person would want to order something to go with it. The tortillas are thick and pillowy. When you enter the door, you have a choice of going left or right - left side is whee you order, and right side is a dining room (May confuse some folks though, because there is a counter in the dining room as well).

Went there on a Monday morning to get green tamales for an employee lunch. When we unwrapped the tamales it was very apparent that they were old and had been frozen. We decided to try them anyway. The chicken inside was dry and hard. The masa was very dry. Yuck!! I called the store and talked to Luis. He was nice and told me I could exchange them for the red. I told him I could not get there that day as I had car trouble. He said okay and took my name and said to tell the counter person I had talked to him. On Wednesday when I was able to go there a very rude man at the front counter (probably the owner) questioned me like I was lying and very rudely threw the tamales in the trash and practically threw money at me. I will never go here again and I will tell everyone I know how rude this man was and what terrible tamales they are trying to push off on people.

The most delicious tortillas in town: fluffy, thick, corn tortillas for a little over a dollar per pound. Excellent mole (dark and on the sweet side) with chicken. Very friendly service, a great local business. Don't ever buy grocery store tortillas again!

Delicious corn, flour tortillas at incredibly low prices-you'll never buy them at a grocery again! Even the whole wheat ones I got by mistake were terrific! I'm eating my way through the burritos-so far the chile rellono one is the best one I've ever had-the chicharron, chile colorado, and chicken mole ones are merely superb. Also love their tamales-red and green pork. wish they had a veggie one. ..

The way to go here is to order a bunch of containers of meat and rice and sauce and a few pounds of tortillas and have the whole damn neighborhood over for a party. But if you're solo it's cool too. Burritos are deceptively cheap. I mean, they're great, but very minimalist on fillings. Meaning a chicken burrito would be chicken, sauce and tortilla. Luckily the tortillas are so fluffy and orgasmic that it makes the burrito. Avoid if you don't want to practice your Spanish while ordering; your loss.

The best kept secrets are always right next to a Taco Bell that has a drive thru line wrapping around the block for some insane reason. This place is no exception. Their handmade tortillas are hot and steamy and cost less than the stale ones at the grocery store. This is the place you will compare all other chile relleno burritos to from here on out. The fluffy egg batter melts in your mouth along with the perfect flour tortilla, cheese and beans. It never tastes like anything less than delicious clouds have caught on fire the instant before getting inside your mouth. You've never had corn tortillas this good either. Take a dozen home and have a ball. Don't get me wrong - this place is really popular and always has a steady stream of customers but the majority of people who come here are true locals. Everything is perfect, every single time, and these customers know what they want before they walk in. It's very efficient. You walk in, stand there for a couple minutes and leave with Pavlov dogs at your heels. Nobody is taking Instagram photos of their food with duckface here. So while I wish nothing more than to be able to eat here for the rest of my life, I don't think they are dying for hordes of Yelpers: please don't come here. I want it all to myself and my friends. My tortillas! Mine!

The tortillas are excellent. Nothing better than ordering a few dozen and discovering that they are still warm. Why buy supermarket tortillas when you can get these? The freshly made tamales are very good, too. This place is the real deal. Although most customers speak Spanish, the staff goes out of their way to communicate in different levels of English.

12 red chile pork tamales and a bean burrito for under $16 dollars! Holy Moley! And the tamales are quite good too! The service is quick and they make all of their tortillas from scratch. AND from what I hear, if you order the refried beans, you get four steaming fresh hot tortillas to eat it with... I think this is quite a find, and I'll be back!

Amazing; I eat here 2-3 times a week, and the burritos and everything else are absolutely awesome. They are very friendly and know you when you come in; the tortillas are just mind blowing. Super affordable as well. I'm headed there in 45 minutes. Again.

I have been to a few tortillerias in Santa Fe...hands down, Alicia's tortillas are the best. This local little gem also whips up some good chicken mole- I reccommend eating the mole with some chopped onions and avocado wrapped in an Alicia tortilla. Just about everything on the menu is super tasty and affordable, so order up compadres!!!
